The following factors are associated with adverse pregnancy outcome: maternal social deprivation, unplanned pregnancy and lack of contraceptive use in the 12 months prior to pregnancy, lack of preconception folic acid, smoking, sub-optimal approach of the woman to her diabetes before or during pregnancy and sub-optimal glycaemic control before or during pregnancy, antenatal evidence of fetal growth restriction.

4. Reduce fracture
Use closed intramedullary reduction rod and technique, and use reduction devices for fractures in upper and lower extremities, as well as external immobilizer for temporary immobilization.
With fractures of proximal and distal tibial joints, reduction should be first achieved and then maintained.
Note:
-when using device-assisted reduction, the reduction needle should be slightly deviated from the central axis of the tibial medullary canal, lest it hinders nail insertion.

Source text - English ARTICLE 1
GENERAL
1.1 Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Article 26.
1.2 The Contractor shall provide the goods and services set forth in this Contract, as described more in detail in the Annexes, Schedules and Exhibits attached hereto.
1.3 The Contractor shall supply and deliver the Food Rations and bottled water to the Mission pursuant to Bulk Food Orders and Final Food Orders, and deliver the UN-Owned Food pursuant to written notices, in each case issued by the Mission, in such quantities indicated therein (subject to the applicable CMR, in the case of Food Rations) and according to the specifications set forth in this Contract and Annex B (SOW).
1.4 This Contract is entered into by the UN on a non-exclusive basis, and the UN has the right at any time to enter into any agreements or arrangements for goods and services with the same or similar specifications, from other vendors, as it is considered to be in the best interest of the UN. The UN shall incur no liability to the Contractor by virtue of its entry into any such agreements or arrangements. In no event shall this Contract be deemed or interpreted to be an exclusive arrangement, a requirements contract, a take-or-pay arrangement, or to guarantee the Contractor any orders or other services from the UN. If, despite the foregoing, the Contractor is deemed to be entitled to any minimum payments, guaranteed orders, or to be entitled to any extra-contractual payments or indemnities from the UN's failure to place orders or make minimum payments under applicable legal principles, the Contractor hereby waives and disclaims any right to such payments and indemnities.
1.1 The Contractor shall perform its obligations under this Contract with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with sound professional, administrative and financial practices, and in accordance with all applicable Standards. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor's subcontractors and its and their Personnel shall perform their services in accordance with the same standards and requirements to which the Contractor is held.
1.2 The Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that time is of the essence with respect to each of its performance obligations under this Contract.

GENERAL
1.1 Los términos en mayúsculas no definidos en el presente documento han de tener el significado que se les otorga en el Artículo 26.
1.2 El Contratista ha de brindar los bienes y servicios descritos en este Contrato, según se describen en detalle en los Anexos, Cronogramas y Documentos Complementarios del presente.
1.3 El Contratista ha de proveer y entregar las Raciones de Alimento y el agua embotellada a la Misión, conforme a las Órdenes de Alimento al Por Mayor y Ordenes Finales de Alimento, y ha de entregar el Alimento Propiedad de la ONU de acuerdo con las notificaciones escritas emitidas en cada caso por la Misión, y en las cantidades que se indican en las mismas (sujeto al CMR aplicable en el caso de Alimento en la forma de Raciones) y según las especificaciones que se fijan en este Contrato y en el Anexo B (SOW).
1.4 El presente Contrato es formalizado por la ONU de modo no exclusivo y la ONU tiene el derecho de formalizar cualquier acuerdo o acuerdos, en cualquier momento, respecto de bienes y servicios con las mismas especificaciones o similares; a ser obtenidos de otros proveedores según se considere que favorezca los intereses de la ONU. LA ONU no tendrá responsabilidad civil alguna frente al Contratista a raiz de la suscripción de tales acuerdos o contratos. Bajo ninguna circunstancia debe entenderse o interpretarse el presente Contrato como un acuerdo exclusivo, contrato de requerimientos, acuerdo de recibo o pago, ni como garantía al Contratista respecto a órdenes u otros servicios solicitados de parte de la ONU. Si, a pesar de lo anterior, se estima que el Contratista tiene el derecho a algún tipo de pago mínimo, ordenes garantizadas, o el derecho a recibir pagos extracontractuales o indemnizaciones a causa de la no generación de órdenes o realización de pagos mínimos de parte de la ONU, según los principios legales que apliquen, el Contratista renuncia mediante el presente a tal pago o indemnización.
1.1 El Contratista ha de llevar a cabo sus obligaciones bajo el presente Contrato con el debido proceso y diligencia, haciendo uso de las prácticas profesionales, administrativas y financieras adecuadas. EL Contratista ha de asegurar que los Subcontratistas del Contratista y su Personal desempeñen sus servicios bajo los mismos estándares y requerimientos a los que se somete el Contratista.
1.2 El Contratista reconoce abiertamente y está de acuerdo con el concepto que indica que el tiempo es esencial con respecto a sus obligaciones bajo este Contrato.
