Messaggio "startIndex error" in Trados Studio 2015 Thread poster: Rosanna Saraceno

Buonasera ragazzi,
ho un serio problema: cerco di aprire in Trados 2015 un file ricevuto da un cliente, ma mi compare il seguente messaggio: The startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. Parameter name: startIndex error.
Ho provato persino a convertire il file in formato 97-2003, me lo apre e riesco a elaborarlo, ma poi non riesco a ottenere il file "clean"...qualcuno ha idea di cosa stia succedendo?

Sembra si tratta di un "bug" nell'applicazione. Nei forum SDL ho trovato questo:

I have just verified with both employees that having same laptops, same OS Win 8.1 and new installation of SDL Studio pro 2015.
We have disabled the plugin Auto Suggest and the error disappeared.
Sembra comunque che SDL non abbiano risolto il "bug". ▲ Collapse

In questi casi io risolvo accorciando il nome, (solo la prima parola del documento), oppure funziona anche trasformarlo in rtf. Ho il 2014

Ho già provato ad accorciare il nome, ma non è servito. Stamattina ho seguito l'altro tuo suggerimento, ovvero trasformare il file in rtf....sembrava andasse tutto bene, ma quando ho provato a generare il file clean mi è comparso, per l'ennesima volta, questo messaggio: Impossibile salvare il contenuto di destinazione: Missing bookmark end tag with name: _Ref358014914. Perché anche questo succede, non so quanto è lungo il tuo documento, ma io avevo poi risolto finendolo, perché a volte lasciare dei segmenti vuoti impedisce il salvataggio, e il messaggio che ricevi sembra dire proprio cosi,
