Dear all

Finally I uploaded a new photo this morning for my Proz. site, however it is still not showing.
I submitted a support ticket, and they answered once (upload the photo again, which I did), but I am still faceless.
Has anyone else encountered this problem lately?
I uploaded the photo in .jpg and when that did not work in .png format (150 x 167 pixels), no error message (just the message: your p... See more

I posted the same picture on other sites without any problems.

Dear Romina

Thanks for your reply. I know it should only take a few minutes, however this took more than 6 hours.
Anyway, the problem is solved now, so I have a face again on Proz
