Increasingly, metal domes have become the standard when an enhanced tactile feel/effect is required in an application, particularly in relation to the superior temperature characteristics they offer. Memcon have recently developed and manufactured an extensive range of high quality metal domes, competitively priced and ideal for use in a multitude of industries ranging from membrane switch, automotive, consumer electronics, medical and appliance.
In addition to the more standard 4-leg metal dome with dimple (in a range of sizes 6mm, 8.4mm, 10mm 12.2mm,16mm and 20mm in forces ranging from 150gr to 450g) and without dimple in sizes as above but with an additional 6mm size in 170g and 230g forces, Memcon are also able to offer oblong domes, a round dome, round dome with dimple, round dome with dimple and feet, plus a triangle dimple with a flat top option with dimple and feet. All domes are RoHs compliant and offer stable forces and 100% traceability per batch number. Operating and storage temperatures range from -55°C to 125°C and all domes come with an option of having one side gold or silver plated, a life expectancy of 1 million hits plus several custom options.

Tutti gli interruttori a cupola sono conformi alle direttive della RoHs e offrono forze stabili e il 100 % di rintracciabilità per numero di gruppo. Le temperature operative e di stoccaggio vanno da -55°C a 125°C e tutti gli interruttori a cupola offrono la scelta di lato in oro o argento o argento placcato, una durata media di vita di 1 milione di accessi più diverse scelte personalizzate.
