English to Bulgarian Tech/Engineering Engineering: Industrial valves

STEM & PACKING
The stem shall be introduced into the valve body through the ball opening and is retained by an integrally machined shoulder. No pins or Collars shall be acceptable in the retention of the stem.
Material shall be 316 SS or 17-4 PH SS (depending on ASME pressure class) with hard coating and a minimum of 66 RC hardness.
Gland design shall be live loaded, minimum four stud system.
The valve stem shall be one single piece and not connected with pins or any other methods from the ball slot to the top of actuator mounting adaptation. Besides, surface hardened with smooth finish shall be taken into account to eliminate galling effects.
