Hi!

I am a beginner of Trados 5.5 and would like to know what I can do with this trados error 41001£ºfail to display text using font Arial. This error appears when coming across text of certain format. You know the sentence you are going to translate is in the Translation Memory and it sometimes did appears in WorkBench windows, but it fails to display on the TagEditor or Word windows and you can neither get the translation nor type in anything.

Hi!

I am a beginner of Trados 5.5 and would like to know what I can do with this trados error 41001£ºfail to display text using font Arial. This error appears when coming across text of certain format. My platform system is windows 98. I wonder if it has anything to do with this.

The error 41001 message also appears when I tried to get Analyse results. I cannot get Analyse results. I wonder if this has anything to do with my installation of trados. I attached the dongle on the UBS and then the printer to the dongle and then started to install from the CD. I read some of the questions and answers posted on this forum and was under the impression that I should download the program for driver. I also visited www.support.trados.com and fail to find articles on my problem. Can anyone help me? ▲ Collapse

I had also a problem some days ago and contacted http://support.trados.com/request.asp. They were very helpful (though I received the answer by e-mail the following day).
