Fluency CAT tool and Excel

For some reason Fluency won't let me translate Excel files...the Excel wizard comes on, the document starts to load and then....Freezes. I've tried checking and unchecking boxes, nothing works. I event tried translating smaller portions of my documents - that somehow gets on Fluency but the formatting is all wrong and the layout dissappears. What gives?

You should contact Western Standard Tech Support.
Normally, you'll get a reply within 5 minutes depending on your time zone and such issues are addressed within 24h or so.
