Passolo 2009 and the file .tbulic15

I work with Passolo 2009, now I have a file .tbulic15 and I can't open it in my programm - an error indicates, that this cannot open translation bundles.
I have SDL Trados 2007 FL and Studio 20014. Any chance I have a Passolo version that would do the trick?
