How can I add the strikethrough attribute to text in a forum post?
As far as I can see, you don't. Inline CSS syntax seems to be disabled, and the legacy HTML supported in forum posts has no 'strike' tag. | | | Andriy Yasharov Ukraine Local time: 14:02 Member (2008) English to Russian + ... Other websites help | Apr 26, 2022 |

We can also do 'funny' things like this transparent, fixed logo, but this could mess up the pages, so I'm not posting the code for it. It's only because this is an old technical topic with only a few 'geeks'. But the Background property does no harm. <font style="background-color:yellow">But the Background property does no harm.</font>

I say that because I have been doing lots of revisions this year, and I would often find silly mistakes, even in linguistically qualitative work, like… - Moving each < br/ > tag before the period at the end of a sentence

I also corrected numerous invalid URL slugs. Translators would add spaces, apostrophes or accented letters to strings that are obviously meant to be part of an URL (strings like 357278-how_to_add_the_strikethrough_attribute) Philippe ▲ Collapse
