: "Dimensiones físicas" es un pleonasmo. En castellano se dice simplente "dimensiones". Salduos y felices fiestas.

En castellano no se dice "dimensiones físicas" (pleonasmo), sino simplemente "dimensiones", puesto que el término "dimensión" significa en este contexto "Medida de una magnitud en una determinada dirección. Las dimensiones del salón. (del diccionario de la Real Academia Española).
