Temporary permission to remain in the UK, aside form Refugee and Protection, established in the ECHR ( European Convention of Human Rights ) Article 8. This is a procedure by which the Secretary of State , outside the Immigration rules, may discretionally temporally give permission to stay in the UK territory to certain persons in exceptional cases and circumstances, such as Medical cases in critical stages at risk of life or in the case of people who have suffered trafficking with their body and give information about the traffickers.

agree  Nadia Borissova: I agree only with "дискреционно разрешение за пребиваване". Съгласна съм само с "дискреционно разрешение за пребиваване". Тук не става дума за виза, а за разрешение, което се получава след като лицето вече е пристигнало в държавата (ако не се лъжа).
