This is from a report of a pelvic examination of a pregnant woman:
" ... se observa la vagina ... con cérvix posterior puntiforme ... "
The two translations I have for "puntiforme" are "punctiform" and "pinpoint." Neither of these seems to fit in this situation where they're describing the appearance of the cervix.
I imagine / am guessing that it has to do with the size of the opening of the cervix?
What's the translation I should use here?

I would imagine "punctiform" is correct here because it relates to size. As I mentioned in that other question, according to Stedman's, it means less than 1 mm in diameter but not microscopic.
