there seem to be various spellings, so far I've also seen "ba'da dhukul" and "qoblu dhukul" as well as "qabla dhukul"
in German, I usually translate "dalam keadaan qabla/ ba'da dhukul" as "befindlich im Zustand der Unberührtheit / Berührtheit"
