1-2-1 لا يقل الارتداد الأمامي (على الشارع) عن 12م، ولا يقل الارتداد من الجانبين والخلف عن 5م (أو الارتداد الذي يسمح بمرور الشاحنات وخاصة عند الدورانات بدون تعارض بينها وبين المنشآت القائمة).
