Maya has asked for the translation of two separate terms. The first term حيز التردد اللاسلكي has been translated perfectly by my colleague Sayed Talawy. The second term, however contains a typo which led to an erroneous translation. The second term is not التلزيمات المتزايدة but is التلزيمات بالمزايدة
I suggest translating the second term "bidding for licenses".

Ya Maya, you need to abide by the rules: only one term at a time.
I think there is a type in the second term which should be التلزيمات بالمزايدة rather than والتلزيمات المتزايدة
