(...and a) rich fruit depth

I'd either carry over the verb from the previous part of the sentence (perhaps "provides," as I suggested earlier, or something like "features" or "displays") or just use "with":

"...provides/features/displays with excellent tension and a rich fruit depth."

Here are some examples:

"This delicious wine shows rich fruit depth with flavors of strawberry jam, berry cobbler, and brandied cherries. A long and strong finish allows those tasty flavors to linger. (See "Taster's Choice," p. 66.)"

"Classic nose, showing tobacco, cedar and ripe blackcurrant. The palate has good balance, with rich fruit depth and elegant oaking complementing the wines cooler climate acidity. more"

"“Sweet but fine spicy oak. Ripe citrus and very crisp acidity – classic NZ counterpoint. Lovely rich fruit depth, rich creamy texture and long finish. Big and classy.” "

You could also consider "fruity," although it is a lot less common:
"A rich fruity depth arises from the pinot noir, alongside a biscuity nose with aromas of nuts."
