A start-up entrepeneur describes his experience:
"Bade- og undertøj til det feminine segment kan ligeledes tilskrives den blå bog"
The misuse of "tilskrives" aside, what would you substitute for "den blå bog" (KRAK's Blå Bog I assume) ?

who's who in Denmark
A couple of reference referring to who's who

I gather the sentance is saying:
Bathers and underwear to the feminine segment could likewise be written in the who's who.
Can't make a better suggestion without knowing what "ligeledes" is referring to.
Otherwise "a short biography"

blue book
In this context I believe "den blå bog" is a nickname and refers to a book which many students and graduates make at the end of their course. Here they write about the funny, stupid, odd things their fellow students have done during the time they have spent together.
