Dutch to English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering vouwmachines / folders
In a brief description of a B-Bunch folder/folding machine (an auction listing once again). The model number is 100 and the width is 510 mm. The description states that the machine is "tvb listings".

Can anyone help me with this term? I can't seem to find it used very often in connection with these machines.

Although listing paper, strictly speaking, could also be a simple sheet of A4, the idea of continuous paper output is apparently what they're getting at. But anyway, this does seem to solve your terminology problem. Cheers, Jack

Thanks, Jack! It does look as though you are on to something, since "kettingpapier" seems to be also known as "listingpapier":

Kettingpapier: Etilux stelt u haar gamma wit of groen gestreept listingpapier voor. Dit listing papier past perfect voor uw matrix printers.

And pinfeed or continuous feed paper can also be called listing paper:

It actually is "listings" that I'm puzzled by I did wonder whether it simply referred to the auction listings, but I was put off that idea by a description of a drukmachine that I found, which reads in part:

Arsoma flexo drukmachine, type: EM510. 3x Die-cut station, output: 1e optie: rol, 2e optie: vellen, 3e optie: listing, v.v. automatische baansturing, stuurkast, elektr. kast en cliché montagetafel.

It seems to suggest that "listing" has to do with the end result.

The description I'm translating is fairly brief, but includes the following information:

B-Bunch vouwmachine, model: 100, t.b.v. listings, B: 510 mm.

Presumably you're asking about "tvb" rather than "listings", which is an English word. I assume it refers to the auction listings you mention in your question.
Could it be tbv, ten behoeve van?
And could we have the Dutch context, please?

Not sure, but I think they might be referring to rather old-fashioned printer output that is termed 'kettingformulier' in Dutch. The addition of 'v.v. automatische baanbesturing' (= voorzien van automatische baanbesturing) hints in that direction. Groot Woordenboek Industrie en Techniek (Graham Oxtoby) renders 'kettingformulier'as above. Sometimes such forms are processed by a kind of friction mechanism instead of pin-feeding, so it might be better to avoid the term 'pin-feed paper'.
