sprint sur 10 yards
Comme l'a dit l'autre utilisateur, c'est très important d'avoir une grande accélération. Le "10 yard dash" fait partie de l'entrainement des joueurs, tout comme le "40 yard dash" (sprint sur 40 yards).
D'après la deuxième source cet entrainement peut s'effectuer avec ou sans ballon.
