Hai David, pilihan itu mungkin pilihan yang bagus secara pemasaran. Tetapi, mungkin diteliti diterima atau tidaknya oleh misalnya otoritas pangan (BPOM Indonesia).

Memang saya baru-baru mengarah ke istilah dada domba. Hanya masalahnya adalah istilah lemak. Karena ini merupakan label produk, maka kemungkinan penjual tidak mau kasi label begini. Dugaan saya lamb flap mungkin tidak merupakan seluruh dada domba, melainkan lapisan luar yang berlemak tinggi. Apakah bisa pakai alternatif "lapisan dada domba"? |

Brisket (sandung lamur) contains a significant amount of fat, but if lamb flap is maybe similar to lamb breast, maybe 'daging dada domba yang berlemak' can be used (if it's not too long). Hope this is helpful

I'm rather hesitant to use the name of beef cuts to describe this cut of lamb. Also lamb flap is over 50% fat, is that the case for brisket (sandung lamur) and sancan (flank)? |

Samcan adalah bagian otot perut, sedangkan menurut deskripsi David diatas,'lamb flap is the side flap of sheep chest', jadi IMHO snadung lamur lebih tepat, tapi memang ada kerancuan antara deskripsi dan gambar..
