The YYY Tool lets you install and map printers from many XXX buildings. This tool is used only for registered printers. If you need to install and map a printer that is not listed in the tool, please contact your Support Group to find out if the printer is in the tool but set to private or has not been registered in the tool. Some printers are not listed in the tool because they are set to private, so only selected people or groups can use them Another reason that a printer may not be listed is that it may not have been registered in the YYY tool. Once a new printer has been installed and registered, it takes an ***overnight feed*** to show up in the tool.
