It's a text about the duties of the various parties involved in an Interreg project:
"The Partner is obliged to transmit annually to the Managing Authority a declaration on the maintenance by himself and the other Project Partners of the **constraint disposal** of the assets acquired using Programme funds.
It should mean that they cannot sell or transfer the assets they have acquired using Programme funds. I need confirmation as to the exact meaning of "constraint disposal".

In pratica si afferma che il Partner è soggetto ad un obbligo di rendicontazione a scadenza annuale dell'impiego (collocamento, disposizione, destinazione) vincolato (obbligatorio) da parte sua e degli altri Partner del Progetto dei beni acquisiti con i Fondi del Programma.
