Si tratta di una lettera di opposizione alla richiesta di marchio comunitario:
"In accordance with provisions 41, 42 and 43(1),(2), (3) of the Council Regulation (CE) 40/1994, we submit observations in support of the CAPTIONED opposition."
Dubito che in questo caso "captioned" si riferisca alla figura della "caption" dell'ordinamento inglese, trattandosi di un testo di diritto comunitario. Non potrebbe significare "in oggetto"? Voi cosa ne dite?
