Pin: perno? pistoncino? Dal disegno sembra proprio un piccolo cilindretto, ma mi chiedo come tradurre quell'"end"...

È solo una supposizione. Però se hai il disegno dovresti capire se si tratta di un perno/pistoncino/cilindretto che si trova sull'estremità del dente d'arresto.
