Discussion

Ruby Dupret (X) (asker) Apr 10, 2006:
It's the title of a documentary film
suezen Apr 10, 2006:
Is it the title of the film or the title of an article?

the gift of a lifetime/ a lifetime's graft/the transplant saga

difficult to use the same play on words ... you could do something like "a lifetime's graft" or 'a hard day's graft".
Otherwise ... "from one body to another"

une idée de 'coeur'...heart in hand

"heart in hand"

change of heart

Another suggestion keeping with a pun:

Change of heart: a modern-day epic.
