fonds de commerce recu en location gérance

We accepted locataire gérant as tenant-manager in En. Now I need help with this whole phrase explaining the "Source of business funds" ... business capital received from?

business operated under lease

The 'fonds de commerce' is neither "business funds" nor "capital" but rather the business itself and the asset value it represents. The lessor leases the business and manages the *business*, not the lease (which is why "lease management" strikes me as a poor translation of 'location gérance').
