Yes, of course ... DRG, that's it. Sorry for the misdirection earlier. I misread the question, or perhaps my brain hadn't woken up properly this Sunday.

There isn't necessarily any direct relationship between DRG and ICD. ICD is more of an epidemiological classification, whereas DRGs were designed to be used mainly for billing. The idea was to oblige doctors to comply with predefined management plans when ordering tests or prescribing treatment, rather than using their own best judgement.

"KEN" can be translated "DRG" (diagnosis-related group). For the "Δ24Χ" part, you could either leave it in Greek if your client can handle Greek characters, you could transcribe it as "D24X" or you could write out the Greek letters ("delta-24-chi").

There's no obvious relationship between ICD-10 and KEN. I'm currently working on a translation where ICD-10 is O80 and KEN is T27X.
