Why in the world all superstores have to have their membership cards? If that's to get customer fidelization, well, none of them succeeded with me: I have them all! And I just get the discount

Poucas pessoas sabem que o Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Pará, através de uma Ação Civil Pública interposta pelo Ministério Público do Pará suspendeu a operadora VIVO, em âmbito estadual, de cobrar multa por "quebra de contrato", através da famigerada FIDELIZAÇÃO EM SEUS CONTRATOS, eis que ficou patentemente configurada violação à Lei Federal nº 8.078 – Código de Defesa do Consumidor, por se configurar como CLÁUSULA ABUSIVA e, consequentemente, VENDA CASADA. Esta ação tramita perante a Vara dos Feitos Públicos, tendo sido proferida decisão liminar.
Dessa decisão a OPERADORA VIVO, sucessora da NBT – NORTE BRASIL TELECOM S,A,-VIVO recorreu ao E. TJE-PA, tendo sido negado provimento ao recurso, o qual transitou livremente em Julgado.
