Portuguese term
aurícular
Portuguese to English
Medical
Medical: Cardiology

Just a note for Antonio about usage. It wasn't my intention to imply the word auricular was "wrong." However, idiomatic usage is as important as the translation. Obviously, I'm speaking from a N.A. perspective, but after many years in cardiac research, I still find the word auricular somewhat odd. It may be that it is very popular in some other part of the English world. The key as usual :) is the intended audience. Cheers!
