Hola, Inferno: Hope this helps. :))

Chipboard and fibreboard, although similar, are actually two different types of board. Chipboard is made from woodchips and fibreboard (aka MDF) is made from dust/particles.

(Tablero de) aglomerado on its own translates as chipboard
Aglomerado de partículas, on the other hand, is MDF (fibreboard)

You can tell the difference just by looking at them:

Phenolic coating, as some of the other guys mentioned increases water/chemical resistance.
