From an executive summary. This section is talking about potential tax breaks for investors/partners. The full phrase is: "deducciones de I+D de interés para un socio con vocación mayoritaria a futuro". Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you saying that "vocación mayoritaria" means a controlling or principal interest? The rest of it is simply for context. Would someone like to actually submit an answer? Thanks.

Andy it means R&D deductions of value to a member with a principal interest in the future. The idea is that this is of value to an investor looking towards a long term return, since the R&D will take a while to bear fruit.

I hate the word "vocación". A priest, doctor, etc. may have a vocation but not an investor looking for a long term investment.
