"La entidad ejercitará su actividad de gestión con las más amplias facultades, pudiendo, en nombre y por cuenta del cliente entre otras operaciones, comprar, suscribir, enajenar, prestar, acudir a las amortizaciones, ejercitar los derechos económicos, realizar los cobros pertinentes, conversiones y canje de los valores y, en general, activos financieros sobre los que recaiga la gestión, desarrollando las actuaciones, comunicaciones e iniciativas exigidas para ello, pudiendo, a tales efectos, suscribir cuantos documentos sean necesarios"
I am assuming that "amortizaciones" refers to "redemptions" (as in with shares) although this paragraph refers to much more than just shares. Also, what would the "acudir" bit be? To respond to?
