Document about physical activity and weight loss. I am doing a back translation for the client Sp to Eng, so I know what they want it to say, but I'm not sure it does. Could you please tell me what you understand "agitarse" to mean in the following sentences? Thank you!

I guess "getting physically worked up" would do the trick in most of the instances you're quoting. So, it would be along the lines of Adriana's suggestions.
