Apologies if this is more than one term, but it's a long sentence which I've managed to make very little sense of bar a few small parts, so it's difficult to tell where one term ends and another begins.

From an Argentinian Real Estate sale deed:

The full sentence is, under 'titulo y registraciones' is:

'el Terreno por escritura de transferencia de dominio de inmueble a titulo de venta por saldo de precio en garantia de unidades a construir'
