this is a store operations manual for a retailer.
The sentence is "Una vez la nota de gastos esta terminada y es correcta, para confirmar el gasto e incluirlo en la caja del día se debe apretar el botón XX , en el mismo momento se imprime la nota del gasto."
I am pretty sure this must mean "cashing-up for the day" or "the day's cashing-up", but might have it wrong, so wonder what others think...
