Denuncia de Cobro de Piso

Homework / test Spanish to English Law/Patents Safety Maquila médica
Hello translators, I'm translating a presentation about Indicators of Homicides, auto thefts, complaints etc.
I don't know how to translate "Cobro de piso" I think it is something like Property tax collection. But I'm not sure.

Here is the context (is not that much):

"Denuncias Cobro de Piso

(Chart)

Enriquecer campaña anti-extorsión o fraude telefónico en medios y *2232"

Thank you :)

Accusation of Protection Racketeering

"Cobro de piso" is the equivalent of a "protection racket" in English, although here it might be best to use "protection racketeering" as the term for the activity.

Protection racketeering is when a criminal organization coerces someone to pay money for protection. Often the organization's members provide the protection from harm coming from not paying the protection fee. Extortion is unlawfully obtaining money by coercion.

It's variously referred to as "cobro de piso", "cobro por derecho de piso" and "derecho de piso" here in Mexico.
