Spanish term

al tiro

Spanish to English Other Slang
From a phone conversation in the US regarding an alleged sexual assault:

No puedo pensar bien, no me concentro bien. No me sentí bien.

keeps the closest eye on me / is most aware of what's happening with me

"Al tiro" on its own means "inmediatamente" in many Latin American countries ( http://dle.rae.es/?id=ZrTpmUI|ZrVfwO7 ), and "estar al tiro", in Mexico, means "estar, quedar, etc, algo o alguien muy bien, listo o preparado para algo" ( http://dem.colmex.mx/moduls/Default.aspx?id=8 ), but "estar al tiro con alguien" seems to mean to be aware of or pay close attention to or be up to date with someone.

On "Mario", an illegal seller of records on the Mexico City underground/subway:

This is on a game with a character called Foxy, a "zorro pirata":

This is for "está más al tiro conmigo". It refers to the woman ("la") whose name is redacted; he doesn't want her to be find out what's happening, and it's difficult to keep it from her because she keeps a very close eye on him: "está muy pendiente de él".

approachable - accessible

Al tiro, here means literally "in shooting range", but the concept is that the person is "approachable", you can reach him/her or she-he can reach you, type of idea.

Closest to me.

"within shooting range" = closest to me, therefore, is the person who knows me best and can pick up that something is not quite right - something is definitely wrong.
