Turkish term

....tarafınıza rücu edilecektir

Turkish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Electricity service billing etc.
My main issue is how to translate

...rücu edilecektir, but would welcome help with the entire phrase.

This has to do with setting up and billing for electrical service to individual units in a building complex

The sentence the phrase belongs to is:

Elektrik tüketimleriniz her evin girişinde bulunan sayaçlardan site teknik servisi ya da site Yönetim'inin görevlendireceği firma tarafından her ay okunarak maliyet kullanımınız ölçüsünde tarafınıza rücu edilecektir.

Discussion

Harold Lemel (asker) May 7, 2016:
Thanks so much Yusef for your thoughtful suggestions...and to all the others who took the trouble to help me out.
Yusef May 7, 2016:
Yes, you are right, I took a good look bill can mean a lot of things and sometimes invoice. but there is also"aidat ekstrenize eklenerek" aidat ekstresi is the copy of his sole account with them (assumuing no busines deal between them).Never mind, everybody spent quiet some time on this:
Harold Lemel (asker) May 7, 2016:
Thanks Yusuf for your input. However billed just means charged for a service or good. The next sentence in the document may clarify things: Elektrik tüketim bedeli aylık aidat ekstrenize eklenerek muhasebe departmanı tarafından her ay başı tarafınıza mail ya da tercih ettiğiniz iletişim yolu ile iletilecektir.
Yusef May 7, 2016:
Ali Püsküllüoğlu - Türkçe sözlük: Rücu hakkı .............bir ödemede bulunmuş kimsenin, bundan yararlananlara başvurması, ödediğini onlardan geri almak hakkı
Yusef May 7, 2016:
Yes, Mr Lemel, but they cannot bill him, as far as I know a bill is made out against
a sale or service. In this case the document would be a debit note (only the amount
paid for his share) so the choice should be between recovered and debited. Tarafınıza is present in both (your and you)
Harold Lemel (asker) May 7, 2016:
I was torn among the various suggestions, but the fact that the phrase s preceded by" tarafiniza" made me inclined to go with Zeki's suggestion. Shall be debited to your account could also have worked but "you will be billed" just sounds more natural and is basically equivalent to "shall be debited to your account." However there is no explicit mention of the word "account", etc...
Harold Lemel (asker) May 2, 2016:
Thanks so much for all of the great suggestions. For Yusuf's, maybe I would state it as: ...the cost, based on your electricity use, shall be....Still not sure if I should I should use "debited to your account" or "billed" as Zeki suggests.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks! This seemed to work best given the way the sentence is structured and worded, especially the fact that the phrase is preceded by "tarafiniza""

I'd use Dear Harold.

disagree Kim Metzger : "recoursed"? "your party"? http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Recoursed

Indeed, you know an in-depth Turkish!
disagree Yusef : Is target language Turkish? It is a completely wrong answer for anyone taking some time to look it up before any commenting (should add and answering but I am not Kudoz rules

will be recovered from you

If rücu is used in its correct legal sense here (i.e. recourse), this implies that the building management pays the electricity bill in its own right based on a single electricity company meter for the building and then has the right of recourse to recover these payments from each household based on its own internal meters.

Teşekkürler. Aslında rücu kelimesi yanlış kullanılmış olabilir.
