consolidation

cargo consolidation and deconsolidation are commonly used terms.

As Adriana says, it depends on the context. Unitização can be 'unitization' (assembling items into larger units for easier handling) or 'consolidation' (putting several smaller consignments together to make a single shipment). Consolidação also exists, but unitização is often used in this latter sense.
