Italian term

lapidino

Italian to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering I vaguely understand what this means but clarification would be welcome. It's some sort of inspection thing for a manhole.
qontext "I pozzetti debbono essere provvisti di lapidino in c.a.v. con relativo chiusino"

Lapidino also said lapide is the cover of a drain well and is normally closed. Otherwide it would be a grill. I would add the translation of C.A.V. which should be "cemento armato vibrato" normaly usede for walkable and carriageable parts.

Hope this is helpful
Note from asker:
I know about the cav and all the rest. It's just that one term "lapidino" that threw me. Thanks.
