"1 división" must be determined elsewhere and will probably be "0.1 of the measuring scale in use", i.e. if the balance/weigh bridge increases in units of 10 kg (i.e. it could not measure a change of less than 10 kg) then the "division" is probably 10 kg.
If you could provide more context, does the text mention "division" elsewhere?, do you know anything else about the measuring system/equipment?, then that would help. ;@)
