These studies support the high patency and non-antigenic nature, both short and long-term, of the sealant used in the graft.

permeability
Patency is defined correctly as the state of being open, but for your context, "permeability" seems correct.

Here is just one example, in Spanish, of graft patency > permeabilidad del injerto

: permeability is not wrong, but 'graft patency' is a if not the standard term #2: I think you think right :-)

I think this is only for the purpose of understanding the meaning, not changing terminology.

: Yes. A less eloquent synonym would be "unobstructedness" (taken from american medical text).

: for English use at least, the asker needs to take care to avoid the reader confusing the permiability of the sealant(and the graft)in the sense of fluid/blood penetrating the walls, and the patency/unobstructedness(I like this:-)of the graft(ie:along it)

: sealant? freely open?

the patency of the graft resulting from the sealant is how I understand it

: due to the sealant, grafts are likely to be patent (ie: passage along them - not permeability through their walls - is likely to be freely open/unobstructed)

: can you say the studies reflect "great openness nature" of the sealant?

your suggestion of \"permeability\" also sounds like it is on the right track, is this the English translation of some other language?

English term (edited):
Post grading:
refs to show need to be very careful to avoid confusing graft patency & permiability(in English)
patency - unobstructed passage of blood along the graft
permiability (in English) - tendency of water/fluid/blood to be allowed through/into the walls of the graft.
To perform its purpose the sealant promotes unobstructed passage along grafts (high patency). To say high permiability (in English) would suggest to me that the sealant has a high tendency to allow blood to escape through the walls of the graft - I would expect the sealant to have a low tendency to do this.
