Del relato de hechos que antecede, la imputación de responsabilidad en la
producción del evento dañoso que nos ocupa deberá recaer en el obrar
negligente e imprudente del accionado, como conductor del vehículo Renault
Mégane dominio CYL 493. Asimismo esta responsabilidad se hace extensiva al
propietario de dicho vehículo Sr. Jorge Nach en virtud de su calidad de titular
registral del automotor, por lo que ambos deben responder de forma solidaria,
fundando la petición en los arts, 1109, 1113 del Código Civil y en la Ley 8560
de normas de tránsito.
