Pytanie dotyczy struktury dokumentu.
Gender Equality Policy Sphere – Lens One: Mandatory Governance Policies
Gender Equality Policy Sphere – Lens Two: Internal Company Policies

Trudna rzecz. Szukałem coś sensownego w zakresie optyki. Serdecznie pozdrawiam.

Now, how does our understanding of the text change if we read it through the lens of postcolonialism? Even after doing research, I still didn't feel like I could accurately write through the lens of an oncologist.

One interviewee was able to cite a range of informal approaches she had used to encourage others to support a gender-based cross-cutting policy lens: “Gain high-level support from within the organisation including political endorsement, make a compelling argument policy-wise to look at the issue through a gender lens...
There is a real opportunity for us to use a gender lens. It's going to be very hard to make a difference if we don’t start using a different lens to think about those most affected by poverty.”
