De provincie levert een toegevoegde waarde door belangrijke spelers in de Zuid-Hollandse economie bij elkaar te brengen. Daarbij kiest zij voor een rol die zich laat omschrijven als voorwaardenscheppend, agenderend en faciliterend.

'Agenderen' means to place items on the agenda, but what exactly is this saying here? Any help much appreciated!!

Thanks. The 'z' is not a US (North American) monopoly. It is also used in the UK.

Partijen bij elkaar (voor overleg )brengen is de rol.
Misschien een combinatie van prioritising and scheduling?

Het agenderen betekent hier inderdaad op de agenda plaatsen, onder de aandacht brengen.
