Beleidsregels beoordelingskader poortwachter

Dutch to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) sickness absence and rein
"Ingeval van ‘passend werk’ kan de werkgever op enig moment een voorstel tot aanpassing van de arbeidsvoorwaarden doen, ook een lager salaris. Het oorspronkelijke arbeidscontract blijft natuurlijk tot dat moment van toepassing! Zolang dat geldt houdt men inkomen vast.

Similar to the previous question, anyone come across a standard translation for this neologism? RSVP ASAP. TIA. Cheers, R.

Gatekeeper Act FWIW, Gatekeeper Act (Wet Poortwachter) might be the shorter version you seem to be looking for (cg. Google). Good luck!

suggested translation Sorry, Phil. It's 'poortwachter' that's causing me a bit of grief. I didn't want to tip my hat, but I've come up with 'Policy Rules on the Assessment Framework *pursuant to the Eligibility for Permanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act*'. Albeit a bit long-winded, it will suffice if there's no better way of putting it. Cheers, R.

You still haven't said which word you're having problems with, but if you Google poortwachter, the very first hit you get explains what it means.

addendum ..., changing the language settings between Dutch and English in the process.

research So far I've consulted the prime suspects (Van Dale & Van den End), done a search on KudoZ & googled at length using a variety of combinations involving keywords that could be assumed to be relevant. HTH.

Could you tell us what research you've done, so that we're not duplicating anything? Presumably you know what beleidsregels and beoordelingskader are - have you looked up poortwachter?
There's no "standard translation" for phrases like this.
