Dutch term

boetebesluit sociale zekerheidswetten/besluit invordering boeten....

Dutch to English Law/Patents Law: Taxation & Customs
This appears in a text in relation to an overpayment of child benefit.

I have been googling for about 40 minutes, and although I can find hits on the Dutch terms, I can't seem to find anything on any of the EU sites relating to social security that mention what happens if you have to refund overpaid benefit. Does anyone know if there is an official English term for these 'besluiten', or shall I just paraphrase them?

Thanks in advance.
