أي استعادة الأموال المستحقة لو حدث أن استخدم أحد بطاقة ائتمانية مسروقة أو مزيفة للشراء من موقعك وتم اكتشاف ذلك بعد انتهاء الصفقة فالخاسر الوحيد في هذه الحالة هو صاحب البطاقة ويتحمل كافة التكاليف ويستخدم هذا المصطلح عادة دون ترجمة
