"All metallic parts of the cable distribution supporting system shall be bonded together mechanically, including at all transition points (i.e. cable tray and distribution conduit not mechanically connected) using a 6 AWG green jacketed stranded copper ground wire."
Merci

'toronné' is best for 'stranded' here, as per your customer's instructions.
I always feel it is helpful to give the mm² equivalent (it is approximate!) for AWG sizes, which are not all that common here in Europe.

Probably either one too many or one too few commas in there ;-)

The AWG > mm² conversion gives from 13.300 to 13.675 mm², depending on the strand make-up of the cable (the AWG system being based on diameter, rather than cross-section, as is commoner in Europe).
For the sake of completeness, the diameter of a 6 AWG wire varies from 4.115 mm (for a solid core) to 4.674 mm (stranded cores).

Merci Gilles !

: Sorry, F-X, but it's a much bigger cross-section than that, what you quote is the diameter. In fact, the actual x-section depends on the strand make-up; I'd prefer to err on the larger side, to avoid problems ;-)

right -make it 13.3mm²

Normalement on les arrondisent vers le bas (10 mm²)
