A consideration I often encountered in actual practic/se is whether 'accessoires' include chargeable *out-of-pocket* expenses, incurred e.g. by an estate agent / US realtor or Solicitors' form - an unlikely scenario in this case.

Also compare 'samt Anhang' - plus costs in Austrian German writs.
